How to Order
To order orchids and other plants from World Flora Supply, download our order form, enter your selections and quantities, and email it to our team. We will confirm availability and provide a pro forma invoice. After payment, we arrange packing and the required export documentation, including phytosanitary certificates and CITES permits where applicable.
Ordering orchids from World Flora Supply is simple. Here’s how the process works:

Get the latest Excel order form and save it to your device.
Send us your order
Email your completed order form to sales@worldflorasupply.com. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days.
Choose your plants
Fill in species and quantities. If you’re unsure, we’ll confirm availability.
Shipping
Plants are carefully packed at our nursery. Export documents are provided when dispatched.
Payment & Documents
After payment, we arrange CITES permits and phytosanitary certificates.
Confirmation & Invoice
We check stock, confirm details, and issue a pro forma invoice.
Important Information
- Check local laws: Import rules differ by country. Buyers are responsible for ensuring species are permitted and any necessary import permits are in place.
- Customs clearance: We provide all correct Thai export documents (CITES + phytosanitary). Clearance at your airport is handled by you.
- Risk passes on export: Once shipped with correct documents, we are not liable for delays, seizures, or destruction by destination customs.
- Separate charges: Permit fees and courier shipping are charged in addition to plant prices.
